In 2016, journalist Del Bigtree issued a challenge to the head of infectious disease at one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the world: conduct the most thorough vaxxed vs. unvaxxed study that has ever been done. The expert took up the challenge and ran the study to prove Del wrong. That study never saw the light of day... until now.

I can post a lot of thoughts and rants, but instead, enjoy something better.
 An old video.

Too bad the fans never got to see all of the footage, as Mustaine was pissed off afterwards about the movie.
A lot must have been left out / edited out.

SUICIDE SILENCE Singer On Death Of Music Industry: 'Greed Is Never Gonna Win'

August 24, 2015

http://www.blabbermouth.net/news/suicide-silence-singer-on-death-of-music-industry-greed-is-never-gonna-win/

Victoria Purcell of RAMzine conducted an interview with vocalist Hernan "Eddie" Hermida and guitarist Mark Heylmun of California deathcore masters SUICIDE SILENCE at the 2015 edition of the the MetalDays festival, which was held on July 19-25 in Tolmin, Slovenia. You can now watch the chat below. A couple of excerpts follow (transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET).

On whether making an entire album available for streaming on YouTube, as is the case with SUICIDE SILENCE's "You Can't Stop Me", is good promotion:

Eddie: "At the end of the day, if people wanna listen to the stuff you put out, YouTube does a really good job of keeping counts, and if you get enough people to watch your stuff, YouTube might wanna give you some cash, but, really, that's not why you make to begin with. And if you are making music for that reason, then you're a fucking idiot."
"It's the quintessential answer, ever since Napster and all the bullshit, ever since the Internet was capable of putting your art out there, and it basically showed the world that, at the end of the day, it's, like, art you can find wherever the hell you want, you can make art wherever the hell you want, and there's always gonna be somebody that outdoes you. Making an industry out of it is the most ass backwards thing that could ever happen to humanity."
-------
On the fact that using iTunes to transfer music from your CDs is now illegal under U.K. copyright law:
Eddie: "Hey, man, guess what: it was illegal for me to make mixed tapes and give it to my girlfriend back in fucking… when I was doing that, and making ripped CDs and mixed CDs for people too, and I still did it."
Mark: "It's illegal to smoke weed in most places, and I still do that too."
-----

On whether the music industry is doomed:
Eddie: "Let those idiots who are trying to fucking squeeze every penny out of an art die… There are people who are willing to give their money to an artist who is kicking his own ass out there, trying to show the world what love is, or trying to show the world what fear is — however you wanna document whatever an art is. There are gonna be people who are willing to support it. And the fact is that there's too many people out there trying to stick their fingers, and their hands, in our pockets, and that's where the industry is failing. And it's gonna fail, because greed is never gonna win."

Bob Daisley "For Fact's Sake" book

I finally got around and ordered the Bob Daisley book some months ago

It arrived in the mail with.very, very fast delivery , it took only about one or two weeks..

http://bobdaisley.com/for-facts-sake/order-now

It was kind of expensive with shipping costs/exchange rate I guess, but I don't mind.
I am reading the book again for the second time.

Excellent for the history of this bass player and associated bands, includes a discography, lots of rare photographs, and delivers a funny line, now and then, when you don't expect it.

I don't understand how anybody who is a huge fan of the 2 Blizzard of Ozz Lp's (re: Ozzy's first 2 "solo" albums) would not want to learn the truth of how / why the original lineup was destroyed by that moneygrubbing cunt Sharon...

it also blows my mind how nice Bob is, including when he explains what happened to the Blizzard of Ozz.

I personally would have filled chapters and chapters of all the dirt I knew about her...with the filthiest words known to mankind, as she has conned most people into not knowing how brutal and conniving she is.

anyways,
I cannot recommended it enough for you to also buy this book, you can get it autographed too on the inside.

With a friend, we attended the first (and last) visit by the original ECW organization.
The ticket for general admission cost $32.25 (Canadian!) +, plus the service charge+tax.

Until I finally got to watch this recently (and I have been wanting to see it pretty bad for over 15 years!), I forgot how packed the place was back then, as even Americans traveled up here, to witness it.

The video is filmed by one of the men standing around the wrestling ring, and there are choppy edits between wrestlers' entrances and matches.

I was told  2 weeks later, a mutual friend The Beast From the East (no, not the real Bam Bam Bigelow, but the dude's nickname / IRC chat handle),
that only ONE match was televised on the ECW on TNN broadcast the next week.

The Heart of the World is a short film written and directed by Guy Maddin, produced for the 2000 Toronto International Film Festival

This short silent black & white film was played on TV a lot, 15 years ago, on movie channels in Canada.

TWO SUNS in the sky.

photo from http://newsone.com/992065/earth-may-soon-have-two-suns/

I don't know about any of you, but every now and then, for at least 1 or 2 years, there appears TWO SUNS in the sky.

For a very long time, I didn't care and forgot about it as soon as I was inside, or thought the fainter image in the sky was a reflection of the moon.

Now I see videos that say that "Planet X" also known as "Nebiru" is reaching closer to our planet Earth.
I have heard that story since the late 1990s, and why should I believe that, when nobody including NASA will even show us clear videos/photos of the moon's surface, which is a lot closer?

Whatever is happening, it is being ignored by most people.

oh, so I thought I lost my library card..check all my pants, all my jackets, all my gymbags, etc...nothing, so I phone and they put a lock on my card so nobody can attempt to use it...

I pick up one of the pairs of jeans I checked to throw in with the laundry-to-do... and the card is now in a pocket where it wasn't  a few minutes before...

Windows 7 - Record what you hear with Audacity

when trying to rip vinyl again,
had to start using Audacity because the old WavLab program I have does not work, does not have updates for Windows7.
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

this YouTube below explained simply what I needed to get Audacity to work, because there are a couple of small steps to do first.. I never knew before. -  -
 - Plus since I have the MP3 Splitter & Joiner Pro program I bought, can edit into separate tracks there (instead of the headache where i still don't know how in Audacity).
